PROCLINIC and its operating company, CUTIE, have established the “Basic Policy for the Protection of Personal Information” and “Important Matters Concerning the Handling of Personal Information” to protect the personal information provided by our customers.
Personal information provided to us will be handled in compliance with the “Basic Policy for the Protection of Personal Information” and the “Important Matters Concerning the Handling of Personal Information” in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and ordinances.

1. purpose of use of personal information
PROCLINIC uses customers’ personal information for the following purposes
- Provision of medical services to customers, sales of medical-related products, and various related actions
- Cooperation with other medical institutions, laboratories, and research institutes in connection with the provision of medical services to customers
- Administrative procedures associated with the provision of medical services
- Case studies for the purpose of improving the quality of medical services
- Provision of information to customers via email, SNS, or postal mail regarding medical services provided by the Clinic and medical-related products sold by the Clinic, sending and receiving questionnaires, and other related work, and provision of other services
- Analyzing advertisements regarding new products and services according to customers.
- Depending on the nature of the treatment, case photographs may be taken and stored for the purpose of progress observation and comparison in skin problems, but will not be used for any other purpose
2. provision of personal information to third parties
ProClinic may provide personal information of customers who have agreed to this Personal Information Protection Policy to third parties (including third parties located in foreign countries) in the following cases, in addition to those stipulated by law. 3. transfer of personal information to a foreign country for storage and outsourced handling of personal information
ProClinic may use an external server to store personal information. In addition, ProClinic may outsource part or all of its handling operations to an outside contractor. In these cases, the server vendor or outsourcing company may have a data storage location in a foreign country. In such cases, for security reasons, the cloud service provider will not specify the storage location, but the data will be stored in compliance with the laws and regulations of Japan and the relevant country.
・CUTIE will appropriately supervise the handling of personal information by the contractor.
